intro:

thanks to the post made by Brod Dominic, i was able to
write this little Frat song for myself and others who might like it.
i'd like to dedicate it to those who are now in that special place
where it's all beginning for them...hope they all make it :

it must be nice to be back to the place where it all
began,
and to know that now 20 years have already gone,
but the memories you've had all these years will
remain,
just like all the others you are still about to gain...

i would also love to go back to that very special place,
where once i stood not knowing if the fear in my
heart ever showed in my face,
still and all, i stood there just like all of the rest,
ready, willing, and hoping to be able to give it all
my very best...

and now as i try to look back after all these years,
how can i help myself if i still have to fight back the tears,
i'm just so glad that then it didn't cross my mind to try and

without any doubt, or fear or regret...

for my soul too,
a good person like you has such a powerful prayer that Almighty
God can never say "NO" to you,
and in time the Heavens will grant you due reward for what
your prayers for my soul can do...

my hope is that you will always pray that Almighty God

My new downswing song, February 28, 2012

i can't help but wonder now why it took me oh
so very long,
to find a move to start my downswing that i can call
my very own,
i'd say i am so very lucky to have discovered though
by accident,
a key downswing move that starts with my left leg
that is bent...
    

on the backswing, my bent legs start to turn away
from the target,
this is a backswing move that i always do and try never
to forget,
how can i use my bent left leg to start the downswing
from the ground up,
will straightening  my bent left leg start a downswing
that i could not stop...
    
and so i discovered my start the downswing from the
ground up move,
a downswing move that i must do so my swing might after
all improve,
i simply must remember to straighten my left leg to start the
swing going,
i have found at last a move that i can use to properly start
my downswing...
    
straighten your bent left leg to start your downswing,
follow this move and you'll get your downswing really going,
there can be nothing simpler than this mental instruction,
but it can really start your downswing going in the right direction...
    

no, no, no, oh no, don't use the clubhead to strike the ball like
a hammer,
straighten the bent left leg is a thought much easier for you to
remember,
don't try to hit the ball wth your hands right from the top of the
backswing,
from the ground up, just  straighten your bent left leg to start
the downswing...

dear diary,

so we now come to the lyrics of the first song in this group  of songs i
wrote, which are not recorded in a demo tape or cd, and the melodies of
which i do not now even remember. let's just call this as group B.

i think i wrote this songs just to give myself a pep talk during those
times when i had some frustrations along the way, and i felt really down
and discouraged. and i had many moments like these.

i just wanted to remind myself to never mind the setbacks and to just
forget them and to just keep on striving even harder to achieve whatever
i needed to achieve. and to just remember the good things that i have
done in the past and hope to do them again in the future.

i really wish i could remember the melody of this song so i could keep
on singing it to myself even today.  maybe, i should try finding a
melody for this song again soon.

so now,  we're done with the first song in this group B.
